Thank you for your interest in volunteering at our Souper Bowls of Hope 2018 Fundraiser.
We are looking for volunteers to help us on the day of the event: Thursday April 5, 2018. Location: Conference Centre, Downtown Victoria.


TBA: We are currently planning to provide some form of pre-event orientation for all or some volunteers. This will include an overview of the event day and training for process involved in specific activities.

EVENT DAY Activities:

9am to 11am: Event Set-up. This includes but is not limited to the placement of signage, set-up of the Silent Auction tables, registration table, placing delivered flower arrangements onto tables.

11am to 1:30pm: The Event! This includes handling the registration of guests, greeting and directing guests, drumming up guest interest in participating in the silent auction, the live auction, manning the coat check, payment processing, etc.

1:30 to 3:30pm: Pack up the venue. This includes things like: packing up any bowls, signage, etc.       Please complete the form below. We will do our best to try to accommodate your choices.

  • Coffee, tea, water and light snacks will be provided. As a fundraising event we are not able to provide soup for our volunteers.
